- Provide comprehensive legal guidance and corporate secretarial support to the company, ensuring that the operations are both compliant and strategically aligned.- Actively manage the company's corporate governance framework, ensuring that all activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.- Oversee legal compliance across all areas of the business, providing sound legal advice to support the operations and growth.- Responsible for the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements, safeguarding the interests of Celmonze Group in all business transactions.- Deeply involved in identifying and mitigating legal and operational risks to protect the company's interests.

- Preparing legal documents, ie. Sales and Purchase Agreement, Form 14A, Loan Agreements,letters and etc. to Developer, clients and other law firms.- Manage conditions precedent and keep track of transactions timeline, prepare checklistsfor documents required to be furnished by parties on due date and manage documentationin relation thereto.- Draft and prepare legal documents/letters in support of clients’ application to Governmentauthorities.

- Preparing legal documents, applications, and letters to the Malaysian Intellectual PropertyOffice- Specialize in Trade Mark, Patent, Copyrights and Industrial Design portfolio management and protection in Malaysia for local clients and overseas associates- Liaise with officers of the Malaysian Registry- Conduct Trade Mark search, supervised the progress of cases and providing brand protection strategies from opening to closing, - Carry out domestic watch services- Focuses on substantive matters, such as attending to objections, hearings before the Registrar- Attending to contentious issues, including oppositions, negotiating settlements and liaising with legal counsels
