I am passionate about helping boards govern intentionally. As an organizational psychologist, I examine board challenges by studying how culture, values, and behaviors influence decision-making in the boardroom. Witnessing boards achieve breakthroughs, drive change, and elevate their impact fuels my commitment to effective governance. Healthy boards allow organizations to thrive and positively impact communities, economies, and societies. I believe boards and their members hold the key to a better world.I work with boards and CEOs to advise and partner with them by:- Gathering Data: Designing and conducting survey and interview-based performance reviews of boards, individual directors, and executive team members- Generating Insight: Surfacing key issues underlying board and leadership teams’ culture, structure, process, and people; facilitating meetings and retreats designed to create meaningful dialogue and self-reflection- Inspiring Action: Developing solutions and plans for meaningful change; coaching board members and executives to increase their self-awareness and ability to contributeMy goal is to equip boards with the tools they need to steward their organizations with greater intentionality and accountability.
