We strive to improve the overall penetration and reputation of the Shared Services for Credit Unions' products and services in the FL landscape. Shared Branching is a vital product, giving Credit Unions an added edge to compete with the big bank who has a branch on every corner, while giving all credit union members the value of banking convenience anywhere they live, work, go to school or play.

Most recently developed the credit union’s migration plan to EMV chip technology as well as determining & implementing a mobile payments strategy.  Active participation in Smart Card Alliance’s EMV Migration Forums and scheduled meetings on the Debit Working Group Committee tasked with the migration of Debit EMV in the U.S. Project management including RFP, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and implementation of the emerging payments products such as Meta Bank’s gift and prepaid card program, merchant processing in 15 branches, CU24’s P2P, Visa’s V.Me Online Wallet, Banno’s personalized card and Visa’s Merchant Offers program.  Led the negotiation and project management for the upgrade and integration of the credit union’s bill pay product resulting in returned features members desired. Developed an employee sales incentive program designed to encourage credit union’s loan portfolio growth. Built trusted relationships with staff while meeting the organization’s strategic initiative by developing and managing an employee sales incentive solution increasing credit card portfolio out standings by 15% quarter over quarter. Performed thorough vendor product comparisons, research and cost analysis to promote respected relationships with my Senior Management Team as well as the Board of Directors. Oliver Plastering was a small business home construction plastering company who hired sub contractors to complete jobs. My responsibilities were to maintain the cost accounting ledgers, weekly payroll and taxes. I did this by legacy accounting procedures learned in high school. I continued to use my skills doing basic bookkeeping but evolved to Quickbooks for other small construction companies going forward.
