Provide professional, helpful phone support for entering and processing insurance claims from customers for our insurance clients.

Assist the school principal and office staff in coordinating volunteers for school activities and functions. Create and maintain repository of all volunteer information each school year. Distribute pertinent volunteer information to SHA chairs and school staff as needed for various functions. Schedule volunteers each week to assist on the playground and lunch deck. Volunteer Coordinator is an unpaid position. K-8 substitute teaching ( 2016-18 school years) is a paid position.

Build and release engineer for the MPLAB X IDE including: - day to day development support for code repository and continuous integration engine - creation/modification of installers for Windows, Linux and Mac OS platforms

IT support for a small team of SW engineers working in Schaumburg, IL helping to analyze/evaluate another Motorola product for use within ETS. Focal point for defining/designing the ETS SW development process. Implemented and maintained the ETS SW development environment, training 70+ SW engineers in the use of the selected tools and processes. Defined and implemented ETS SW build automation and release processes. Oversaw configuration management of ETS software and acted as release manager, monitoring defect identification and resolution as well as authoring process, release and end user documentation. Y2K lead engineer for ETS. Worked with other groups and on various program-wide committees during this time.

Worked in the UNIX Software Development department porting, maintaining and enhancing UNIX System V based operating system and utilities code, updating and creating appropriate user documentation, participating in peer work reviews, defining and championing process and methodology concepts and tools. Software champion for the packaging and release of OS products, process and methodology definition for development use and SW engineering test champion for various OS products.

Member of the Systems Support Group responsible for operating system and layered product code tailoring, creation of system level utilities, installation of system and 3rd party software, system administration and user support, authoring of user and appropriation request documentation. Led various projects and worked on committees, both within and outside the laboratory.

Software development of UNIX operating system features and layered systems for telecommunications. Designed, implemented, tested and documented software features. Maintained and enhanced user command interpreter and data display facility. Assisted in re-definition of the user command language.
