My network marketing career began in 2001 just me, my starter kit and a whole lot of fear. As I learned the business basics I quickly started to experience the rewards, both personally and financially. I grew to the top level of my companies career plan within the first year. Over the years as a top industry leader, my network grew to over 20k, partnered with hundreds of leaders and 4 companies later I have mastered the art of duplication & building leaders!One of my first top leaders was my sister-in-law. We built a thriving business and opened Spa Sister's where we used our skincare and spa products to provide services that were innovative, well-received and had tremendous success. I was part of the corporate training team at my next company, splitting time between corporate and field development, where I focused on building leaders and strategies to support growth. I was an ally, a mentor, a coach and trainer. My focus was people development; on-boarding new team members, developing sales training and leader programs. The glorious result was breaking through fears that held them back, advanced their self esteem and created success's. In 2021, I wrote a book Flip The Switch to help people ignite transformational change within themselves and build leaders! There is nothing better than knowing you had just a little part of supporting someone to get more of what they want.

This training and every day embodiment of the customer always being right has contributed immensely to my being and has carried over into all I think and do.
