In my role as Project Manager, I oversee the execution of over 250 client consultancies under a European Program, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and client satisfaction. With the completion of our Sales Academy (OSA) project, I am now focused on managing client engagements and consulting, leveraging expertise in project oversight and client relationship management to drive value and impact.

During my time in Dualium,undertook a range of pivotal responsibilities. On the one hand, there is the generation of comprehensive financial reports that empower clients with a profound gasp of their financial landscape, facilitating informed decisions and strategic planning. On the other hand, I had the chance to prove my client interaction in order to build strong relationships through open and responsive communication, collaboration and enduring partnerships. Finally, In my rol, I had the privilege to customize strategies for successful project outcomes.

Member of the Project Department, in charge of the planning phase of the OSA Project, an academy designed to provide a comprehensive 360º service in business-related subjects. I also took on the role of overseeing the development and refinement of the OMA Project, which focuses on the technical training in mechanics and related topics.Concerning project execution stages, I spent a month in Oss, Netherlands, for the implementation of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), ensuring that the vehicles are ready for operation and that the project meets the necessary requirements for success.Lastly, I have temporarily taken on responsibilities within the Commercial Department and the Marketing Department.

During my internship period at Orbelgrupo, I have participated, under the guidance of Edu Casanova, in the daily activities carried out in both the Administration and Purchasing departments. Furthermore, throughout this time, I have attended different fairs and visits, accompanied by knowledgeable professionals, with the aim of acquiring practical expertise to undertake these tasks.
