I work closely with Sales and have experience in Key Account Management and Value-Added Selling, enabling me to understand the needs of the salesforce. I also work with Engineering during product development to ensure the customers' needs are taken into account.I also design documentation for products and materials for product launches. In the past, I've worked on everything from instruction manuals and training notes to glossy corporate brochures and although I have others to do this now, I still like to keep an overview of all corporate literature to ensure we stay on-message and customer-focussed.
