Develops and maintains excellent relationships with other Metro Nashville Davidson County government agencies in the justice community and general government including: Police, Health, Courts, Public Defender, District Attorney General, Internal Audit, Metro Council, Information Technology Services and Justice Integration Services. Partners with these agencies to share data and services, set policy, and consolidate purchases. Serves on the Justice Integration Services Steering Committee and the Metro Nashville Information Security Steering Committee.Manages a team of fifteen Information Technology personnel and functions including help desk technicians, programmers, project managers, report writers, database administrator and server administrators in a 24 x 7 environment. Owensboro, Kentucky Area

Supervised Information Systems staff members and coordinated all data and telecommunications services to the firm's 100 employees. Installed and managed local area networks and a wide area network across 8 cities in Kentucky and Indiana.Created custom applications to streamline the management and creation of daily work product and for expert witness tracking, jury investigations and human resources management. Created audio/video presentations and exhibits for trial using graphics, animation and virtual reality. Responsible for the design and layout of all firm marketing materials. Developed on-line reference services for the firm (i.e., newsletter, policy manual and daily bulletins). Delivered in-house computer training programs.Installed and configured the firm's web, DNS and POP3 servers. Designed and published the firm's web pages.
