As world wide Services Category manager I have to define the portfolio strategies to achieve our business area growth and profitability ambitions. I manage the existing portfolio opportunities and new product introductions (NPIs) in the short term (1-2 years). My main responsibilities are: - Portfolio 4Ps management at global and regional level (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). - Develop and coordinate the innovation roadmap at the business area level. - Product Life Cycle management: lead business case input in innovation and delisting processes. - Lead and guide the launch teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination for successful product launches and introductions. - Monitor portfolio/category performance, pricing elasticities, and P&L. Make recommendations to improve the product mix to drive revenue and profit. - Efficient understanding of the business trends and dynamics in different regions (Europe, Americas and Asia). - Act as the first point of contact for central and regional organizations to ensure category issues, opportunities, and business area recommendations are considered.

In a newly created team, I developed the tools required to measure and drive the large format services business at a world wide level. To create a data driven culture in a multiregion team I had to coordinate with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Some of my responsibilities were: - Busines forecasting (budget, sales targets, 5 year plans) - Define and present the Story Behind The Numbers (SBTN) of forecasts and monthly reviews to the Leadership Team - Harmonize KPIs definition and measure through multiple regions - Develop new tools for sales teams to identify leads and opportunities

When I joined the Business Development team, my main task was to ensure that we provided support to our Key Accounts in a profitable way. I had to develop from scratch the tools and processes required to effectively monitor these customer's performance, so that I could identify areas of improvement. I then coordinated with the corresponding teams to implement the required action items. These actions ranged from onboarding a new account to redefining the contractual framework to adapt to customer needs.I also cooperated with other business management tasks such as budget and sales targets setting, and drove analyses to help in the business strategy definition.

My objective is to provide technical support to HP’s customers and partners for a range of large format printers at EMEA. I'm also leading projects related with the implementation of new technologies and features applied to the current support model. In addition to that, I contribute to the creation of new processes and KPIs together with other departments such as sales or supply chain.

During my stage at ALG I participated in a list of projects, mainly focused on the airport sector. However, I was involved as well in projects about Big Data, Smart Cities or ports sector.I was involved in several infrastructure valuation processes (Due Diligence). In these projects I performed the airport revenue forecasts (both retail and aeronautic revenues), operating costs (Opex) and required investments (Capex).During this period I could also gain international experience, as I was involved in projects for Spain, Brasil, Colombia, Philipines and Madagascar. I also had the chance to collaborate in European multilateral projects. Most of these projects were carried out entirely in english.
