Prior to my consulting practice I was a full time CFO for over a dozen years at a number of technology companies and also held senior finance positions at large multi nationals. As CFO I raised over $100M of venture capital, lead an IPO, accomplished a successful turnaround and helped to grow companies both domestically and internationally. I have deep international expertise from roles in FP&A and Treasury at several multi-nationals which included foreign currency risk management and tax efficient financing of 40 overseas affiliates.
