Management of the warehouse of a soft drinks plant in São Paulo. Inventory management and optimization, loading and unloading cycles, logistics excellence routines. Daily operation of 100 trucks/ day.

Responsible for planning all beer production inside one of AMBEV's newest plants in Brazil. A plant with two bottle lines and one can line with its main clients based on the mideast and southeast regions. Management of stock policy, customer delivery performance, costs and packaging productivity, without losing track of a budget of 4.000.000 HL/ year.

Research and analysis on a database for a car manufacturer - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Development of methods that helps aligning new investments and strategy of the corporation.
