Responsible for KPI monitoring and improvement in the region of País Vasco (North of Spain), where I´m also handling the BSC/RNC main action points, to report whenever is needed to OSP. The optimization is being applied for voice and data services, involving different technologies like GSM/GPRS/EDGE (in 2G/2.5G) and UMTS/HSPA (in 3G/3.5G). Another purpose is the test and appliance of some new features that will work as an add value to get a better and transversal network quality, for all services involved. The dynamism of this job, created some extensions to the initial scope of work; it now includes several network design responsibilities and also new tasks in the areas of network supervision and monitoring. -

Multivendor project in 2G/3G parameter optimization for vendors: Ericsson (2G/3G), Siemens(2G), Nokia (3G) and Huawei (2G/3G).- Project Orange UK in Birmingham, working on CM&P (Configuration and Perfomance Management) department, since December 2009 until March 2010, mainly on KPIs monitoring and daily audits follow up. -
