In addition, my work was centered on the study of time series analysis and the development of tools for more expressive and intuitive retrieval of information in time series. I also participated.

Gave relevant feedback on the performance of students in laboratory classes during 4 semesters. Helped to adapt the Mechanics laboratory course material to remote experiments during the pandemic.

I was awarded a Fullbright scholarship to collaborate with the Time Series Lab. Worked in self-similarity matrices for information retrieval and the usage of natural language as a query for expressive and intuitive pattern search.

I was awarded a scholarship by FCT to work at the Biosignals-group, under the project INSIDE. I started to develop (1) algorithms for signal processing, (2) pattern recognition with unsupervised learning (clustering), and (3) pattern search with symbolic representations of time series. I participated in the design of acquisition protocols in real.
