As a Technical Lead at Beezy, my main responsibility was leading research and development initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. I had the privilege of leading a talented R&D team, working on implementing proof of concepts (POCs) and extensions for the primary Intranet product. Our goal was to utilize SPFx for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, leveraging Microsoft Graph.One of my significant achievements was leading the expansion of the Beezy product to Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless collaboration and communication within the platform. This involved designing and implementing robust integrations, ensuring a smooth user experience, and maximizing the value of our solution across various Microsoft environments.Additionally, I took the initiative to develop several add-ons that facilitated user training and drove the adoption of the Beezy product. These add-ons provided users with enhanced functionalities, making it easier for them to learn and navigate the platform.During my time at Beezy, I embraced a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of our solutions and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. By staying up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, I continuously pushed the boundaries of innovation, helping Beezy maintain its position as a leading player in the digital workplace collaboration space.

I began my journey at BindTuning as a SharePoint developer, and quickly progressed to a leadership role within the organization. In this position, I lead and managed the development of products designed to enhance the functionality of SharePoint.From the initial stages of gathering requirements to the implementation of go-to-market strategies, I oversaw all aspects of the product development lifecycle. This encompassed working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction.Managing a team of developers, I fostered an environment of collaboration and innovation, encouraging the utilization of SPFx development techniques, and a provisioning engine powered by the PnP PowerShell framework. One of my key responsibilities was overseeing the consulting area of the company. I spearheaded the implementation of award-winning SharePoint Intranet solutions, leveraging the web parts, branding capabilities, and provisioning engine developed by BindTuning. This involved working closely with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and crafting tailored solutions that aligned with their business objectives.In addition to my core responsibilities, I had the privilege of representing BindTuning at numerous Microsoft events worldwide, where I actively promoted our innovative products and services. As a passionate advocate for our solutions, I effectively communicated their value proposition to a wide range of audiences, including industry professionals, partners, and potential clients.My time as a SharePoint Team Lead at BindTuning allowed me to develop strong expertise in SharePoint development, project management, and client consultation.
