I am a director at Pacific Bay Minerals, a TSX.V listed company that explores and develops mineral properties in Canada. In this role, I oversee the operations and strategy of the company, applying my expertise in mining and international business. I have been in this position for four months and am excited to be part of its growth and success.I am also the CEO of two other companies: Golf Aviation and J.Vieira Holding. Golf Aviation provides private jet consulting and aircraft management services, and J.Vieira Holding is a family-owned investment company. I have led multiple projects and partnerships in various sectors, such as energy, mining, aviation, logistics, infrastructure, technology, and tourism, creating value and impact through sustainable and responsible business practices. With more than 15 years of experience in business administration and management, I have developed core competencies in leadership, business strategy, innovation, negotiation, and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and am fluent in Portuguese, English, and French. My field of expertise is the intersection of mining, aviation, and international business, and my mission is to align my values and goals with the vision and mission of the companies I work for.
