CurrentDeveloping an effective customer-oriented innovation practice and team, focused on creating the next generation of energy products and services - pushing forward the Energy Transition.Working with EDP's Client Platform, Customer Innovation is responsible for:• Identifying, analysing and sizing hard-to-solve B2B and B2C market problems related with Decarbonization, Distributed Energy Resources, and Electric Mobility.• Proposing disruptive new business opportunities and products. Supporting the validation, build and scale up of the opportunities, ensuring customer value and technical and business viability.• Identifying and analysing current B2B and B2C business and operational challenges. Proposing and validating high uncertainty solutions to increase competitiveness, going beyond incremental optimisation.• Evaluating and piloting emerging technology.• Evaluating products and business models proposed by startup companies, to support new business, partnerships and venture capital investments.
