Accomplishments and Highlights:● Responsible for a portfolio of R$ 3.5bn in credit exposure and more than R$ 4bn in investments and deposits, clientportfolio composed of 60 to 70 economic groups, representing around R$ 110m in top revenues per year. Keyaccounts under management: Petrobras suppliers, PetroRio S.A., SBM Offshore, CBO Oceana, Energisa S.A., Perenco,Edison Chouest, Rede D'Or, Globo Group, Lorentzen Group, 3R Petroleum, TBG, Oceânica Engenharia and others.● Most important transactions: Re IPO, inaugural international bond and USD 100m in credit exposure with PetroRio S.A.; R$ 3bn in acquisition finance, IPO and US bond with Rede D'Or; R$ 1.5bn credit exposure and local DCM emission with Energisa S.A.; Bond recap with Globo Group; Leader of a R$ 350m first syndicalization loan (local DCM) for Oceânica Engenharia and USD 1.6Bn project financing of FPSO Sepetiba with SBM Offshore.● Growth at the EoP: (i) top revenues by 1100% in O&G; (ii) credit exposure by 75% between O&G and Large Corporate; and, (iii) deposits & investments by 166%, representing more than R$ 2.5bn in new assets under management (Fixed income and Funds).
