- Program Manager in charge of the support and deployment activities for Dish.- Defined and managed the migration of our main product from IBM to Linux/Docker (defined the roadmap and features).- Defined and managed the features for the implementation of the new NB-IoT network at Dish: coordinating the deliveries from the R&D teams in Switzerland, validation at Nagrastar and the deployment of the new greenfield system at Dish premises.- Co-Release Train Engineer for the Nagrastar train: 50 people and 8 teams (guiding teams on the Agile SAFe methodology).

- Prepared and delivered releases for more than 130 customers worldwide and managed their configurations.- Coordinated, planned and tracked new bug fixes requested by the regions with the R&D teams.- Developed several internal tools to optimize the delivery process as well as increase the quality of service (reducing the time of lengthy activities by more than 30%).- Defined the architecture of the industrialization workflows for the different deliverables of the HQs to the regions/customers.- Coached and mentored a total of 6 trainees implementing the workflows (role of Scrum Master for the team).
