Developed and maintained a sales dashboard for the indirect channel (distributors) across Latin America in Power BI. Implemented RLS and a dashboard update routine. The project consolidated sales data from 15 countries into a single location, optimizing regional managers' time for analyzing performance and sales projections across all business lines in different currencies.Conducted technical training on the KNIME tool for financial data processing, with the aim of spreading best practices for data cleaning and transformation for indicator visualization. This practice earned a performance award within the company.Established partnerships with the Finance and CRM departments to consolidate sales data and projected Leads for the year, adding valuable information to sales analyses.

The dashboards optimized the quality engineers' time, reducing the analysis time of pending issues by 80%.Contributed to the improvement of "NPS" and "Customer Satisfaction" KPIs at the LATAM level, for which he was responsible for monitoring and presenting to the board for 8 months. Customer satisfaction increased by 15%, and the average NPS rose by 1 point.Awarded for root cause analysis in a business case involving internal audit findings internationally, where he applied Lean methodology and 8D concepts. The root cause analysis presentation contributed to the faster resolution of internal audit findings, consequently bringing the indicator back to the target (90% in less than 90 days).

In 2020, I was a member of the board of directors of the engineering chapter in biology and health of the IEEE UFABC branch. Acting as general secretary, I participated in the organization of lectures, technical visits, workshops and projects that integrate the academic community, bringing it closer to projects related to the area. Among the projects organized this year, it is possible to mention: activities related to the modeling of human prostheses and animal prostheses, link to an internship program in clinical engineering for undergraduate students, dissemination of the biomedical engineering course in schools, among others.Through this experience, I was able to develop aspects related to people management, oral communication and digital marketing.

Development of a mobile application using Python, SQLite and KVLanguage. The application, which was created in a previous initiation, works by recording daily motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease. At this stage, physical tests were developed in the application - such as postural instability and gait - and tested on some patients, so that the data could be analyzed and issued in a monthly report, as feedback to a health professional.
