Started by working with Perform Group in Opta, merged later to Stats Perform. Worked as a multi-sports analyst at the beginning, doing live collection analysis for football and NHL games.Later on established myself as a Football Data Collection Analyst and worked on that role for 5 years - learned to manage stressful situations, ensure high quality standards of data collection analysis and post-match quality checks. Opta data expert.The last 2 years I have been working as a Support Ops Specialist - a role that is very diverse. I solve 1st and 2nd levels of internal issues, deal with multiple (also internal) databases and make data deliveries to the clients of the company. Being this role diverse, there's a lot of other tasks I do daily. From training other analysts to do very specific tasks, to making end of production quality checks. Communication is one of the key skills, along with task and time management and guaranteeing that deadlines are accomplished.
