I have been a Lawyer since 2005 and work mainly in the Corporate, M&A and Finance areas of practice, working in several jurisdictions, with a focus on Angola, and with a strong experience in major international transactions in Africa and United Arab Emirates.As Professional Partner at Abreu Advogados and Of Counsel at FBL Advogados since 2021, I represent national and international clients in investments that involve several jurisdictions, particularly in the Angolan market.I have extensive experience in restructuring and M&A operations, in international trade transactions and in foreign exchange issues, involving various sectors such as Finance, Mining and Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Distribution. I’m a lawyer admitted in the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Association and also a candidate for the New York State Bar Association.My academic record include an LL.M. from the Fordham University School of Law in Banking Corporate and Finance Law and a postgraduate degree in Management and Corporate Law from the Faculty of Economics of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.I usually take part in seminars and conferences on my areas of expertise.
