I am a Marine veteran. During my 4 years in the Marine Corps, I have earned 12 operator licenses in Heavy Equipment Machinery ranging from forklifts to earth-moving machines. I have also earned certifications as a Marksmanship Coach and a Marksmanship Trainer allowing me to train and coach thousands of Marines and Navy personnel to qualify on the rifle and pistol range. The Marine Corps has also taught me how to lead others and take accountability of the team's progress and results. I am now a full-time student at Mississippi State University pursuing a Bachelors and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A little about my history: I was born in Lima, Peru. My family moved to the United States when I was 4 years old. I mostly grew up in Mississippi and attended Madison County Schools from 3rd grade up until I graduated from Ridgeland High School in 2017. I have experience in Sales and working under pressure from my first jobs at the age of 16 being a sales associate in multiple clothing stores across the Jackson, MS area. I attended Mississippi State University after graduating. I left the university in 2019 to enlist in the Marine Corps because I wanted to challenge myself and travel while doing so.
