Engineer with 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Energy Industries. Developed a career in engineering, management, and directorial positions, focusing on operational safety and quality, Brazilian regulatory compliance (BRC), projects, QHSE, technology development, and team building. Skills in assessing and implementing management systems from mature assets to state-of-the-art projects with a focus on integration and a multicultural environment.After years in Technical Training and a special stint as a researcher at INMETRO, I found additional passions in Standards, Quality, and Safety. This includes visits to 33 facilities in Brazil and abroad, providing valuable insights in areas such as risk assessment, emergency response, management of changes, incident investigation, and operator SMS management.My journey has also involved challenges such as managing O&M contracts by performance, leadership in FPSO projects worldwide, and training system development. Additionally, I served as Technology Director at SBM Offshore Brazil, with experience in R&D and collaboration with various local stakeholders.Inspired by renowned mentors, I believe in giving back to the community through volunteer work at the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
