• Manage and lead the Rental Technicians team, coordinate their daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure a productive and efficient work environment;• Provide training and technical guidance to the team, ensure that all employees are capable of making adjustments and repairs to rental equipment;• Communicate with managers and employees, provide feedback on the work environment, and seek to develop and implement improvements to rental processes with a focus on the customer;• Other duties performed as a Rental Technician in the 2022-2023 season.

• Develop online sales ads;• Analyze product sales;• Monitor the shipping process;• Track and analyze product return reasons;• Prepare and present sales reports.

• Assist and communicate with customers, helping them choose and adjust Ski and Snowboard rental equipment according to their individual needs;• Assist customers in the ski and snowboard boot fitting process;• Perform ski and snowboard setup based on each customer's characteristics and skill level;• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on ski or snowboard equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety;• Collaborate with the team to create a seamless and satisfactory rental experience for customers.

• Assist in the process of developing prototypes and machinery;• Dimensioning and purchasing equipment, contacting suppliers;• Develop and monitor projects for process improvement within the company;• Develop and implement work instructions;• Develop spare parts for machines using CAD software (CREO, SolidWorks);• Create mechanical technical drawings;• Perform and monitor the parts metrology process.

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the company's machinery - Machining, forming, rapid and slow extrusion, galvanizing, tooling, and building sectors;• Monitor the execution and effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance based on indicators (MTBF, MTTR, reliability);• Develop and monitor predictive maintenance documents and reports (Thermography, oil analysis, and vibration analysis);• Participate in training and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge related to maintenance, sharing this knowledge with the team when appropriate;• Identify improvements in maintenance processes, propose and implement changes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs;• Purchasing spare parts for machines;• Administrative support - employee hour tracking, financial reports, and bureaucratic matters;• Develop and implement work instructions.

• Analyze and test starter motors and alternators with warranty issues;• Rework defective starter motors and alternators due to production and/or assembly faults;• Develop product failure reports.

• Perform the assembly process of starter motors and alternators.
