I have more than 30 years of experience in Automotive Engineering, in Vehicle Dynamics and Chassis Engineering areas, having worked from Start Ups to big Worldwide Companies, in several activities and types of vehicles. My experience goes from F-Ford and Rally Cars to Military Vehicles, from small Hatches, to luxury Sedans, Sport Cars and SUVs, till Light and Heavy Trucks.I am able to perform various jobs, since Chassis Systems Design, to Vehicle Dynamics Simulation , from Objective Data Analysis to Subjective Evaluations.I have also extensive experience and knowledge about Tire Development, Rubber Bushings and and Shock Absorbers Set Up.Good team worker, in Multi-Cultural environments - different corporate cultures and countries, with different people.Broad professional internacional experience – China, Japan, USA, France, Sweden and UK.I am expert and can perform well in the following areas:• Project Management of Suspension and Steering Systems, including Shock Absorbers and Tires. This can be done developing or optimizing new chassis systems/components, acting as liaison with Mother Companies, International R&D Centers, and foreign Consultancy Companies.• Project Advisor in Product and Vehicle Engineering – Design, DFMEA, CAE Sudies (Support to CATIA 2D&3D drawing, FEA Structural Analisys, Kinematics, Compliance, ADAMS Vehicle Dynamics report analysis), Prototype Building and Testing, Technical Issues Solving. Use of Microsoft Office to provide dayly reports/presentations.• Validation of Vehicles and Parts, through Subjective Evaluations and Objective Data Acquisition/Analysis.• Teaching of Vehicle Dynamics and Suspension/Steering/Braking Systems. Post-Graduation level courses, held at Universities or in-Company.• Performing 3D Vehicle Dynamic Simulations (ADAMS, Callas&Prosper and CarSim).• Concept, Design and Optimization of Suspension and Steering Systems, from scratch.
