- Leading and supporting continuous process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles (VSM, 5S, SMED, Gemba Walk, Poka Yoke, FMEA).- Application of agile methodologies for managing the design and build activities of all projects.- Performing risk assessment and statistical process control exercises (minitab, SPSS, excel); monitoring of KPIs.- Supporting the development of a clinical risk management strategy and benefits value proposition for clients.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients and key stakeholders. - Holding value stream mapping sessions with clients to recognise potential process improvement gaps. - Writing of scope documents and other statements of work. - Training multidisciplinary teams and conducting user acceptance testing on solutions.- Leading solution design sessions with clinical staff and subject matter experts.- Developing new business and localising new solutions through continuous market research and interaction with IP/engineering and other internal departments.- Mentoring of new associates.
