Manage user contacts, incidents and prioritizations, troubleshooting and problem solving (L1 to L4). Prepare workstations. Encrypt mobile assets. File Server managing and contact with providers. Assist other ServiceDesk members. Project implementations. Help managing company IT resources, in a company with over 500 people (Portugal).

- Management of hardware, software and networks.- Management of the store network, together with T-Systems and Portugal Telecom (PT);- Responsible for testing and implementation plan of new software/hardware at Aldi stores;- Responsible for projects;- Change of the computer park from the former Aldi Portugal headquarters in Moscavide to the new headquarters in Carnaxide (05/2020);- Reorganisation/constant updating of Aldi Portugal’s software and hardware equipment;- Training and planning of new employees of Aldi Portugal;- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of computer problems;- Management/organisation of tasks;- Enrichment of the company’s portfolio of procedures and problem solving;

- Computer analysis, diagnostics and troubleshooting;- Creation, assembly and configuration of new workstations;- Management of servers;- Support and training of users;- Constant reorganisation/updating of the company’s computer stock in terms of software, hardware and networks;- Enrichment of the company’s procedure and problem-solving portfolio.
