I have a strong participation in development area. Software and hardware engineering, quality, project management, intellectual property and people management based on Situational Leadership ® ( www.situational.com ).I have a solid professional experience in various sectors of electronics, microelectronics, energy, telecommunications, automotive and industrial automation, national and multinational, private and state companies. Unitec Semiconductors marked my last technical job when I tested Lora Alliance's Libelium components. In addition, PUC MG students with my monitoring, we developed an energy security enforcement system based on IOT technology, which was congratulated as the University's best engineering project that year.At FCA Group, I started my work on Electric Electronic Engenieer when I was Project Chief possition and was responsible for IDEA vehicle for two years. After I started working for Innovation department when I had the oportunity to work to build First Fiat prototype Palio Electrical, FCCII concept car (Fiat Concept Car) and on project Google Street View as manager project in Brazil. Also on Innovation I was responsible to upgrade activities related to Intellectual Property, introducing the Industrial property management.To complement my work at innovation, I was responsible of Introduce University Programs as Open Innovation Program.Finaly, I was responsible for introduce and managing the Global Plan Standardization of the Fiat_Chrysler group Brazil, leadering a team of Latin America engineers. The Standardization process comprising over 30% of the vehicle variable cost.
