Manages a CAPEX of U $ 1 Million and an OPEX of U$ 750,000. Leads a team of more than 25 people, responsible for the management of more than 30,000 students, 250 teachers and almost 300 classes in the Learning Management System. Also leads the annual production of more than 200 multimedia courses.

Responsible for implementing ILUMNO products and services for E-Learning, Excellence in Academic Operations and Quality and Academic Management in the higher education institutions of the network. Responsible for the step by step of the universities in the implementation of the ILUMNO educational model, its processes, methodologies, techniques and tools. Responsible for the implementation of the LMS, the content production model and the distance-learning model. Responsible for the diagnosis of the quality conditions and the elaboration of the work plan for accreditation of EAD courses.

One of those responsible for the implementation of ILUMNO's CSS (Content Shared Services Center) in Brazil, reducing by 45% the cost of content production of University Veiga de Almeida - UVA (RJ) and University Center Jorge Amado - UNIJORGE (BA). Developed the production model, focused on quality referrals and productivity metrics, enabling the shared use of content by the two Universities and the construction of the Content Repository with more than 23,000 learning objects. In the period, coordinated the production of more than 150 disciplines and 40 digital books, used by more than 50,000 students.

Responsible for the e-learning content development and production, from the recruitment, selection, and training of the content producers (authors) to the content’s offer in the institution’s LMS. Manager in charge of the teams responsible to develop, record, edit, and finalize the educational contents (video-classes, text contents, learning objects, and assessments). Carries out the interface between teachers and IT. Plans and develops new e-learning educational solutions.

Responsible for the adaptation of the educational content from Moodle to the new LMS of the Ilumno Network, for the planning of the implementation of the new version without impacting the students, and for the development of standards concerning responsive and reusable content production.Responsible for the production of Distance Learning multimedia contents. Manager of the video-classes recording, editing, and finalizing teams and of the team in charge of creating learning tools and other web content.

Implemented 6 on-line Technical Courses, offered in more than 10 cities in Bahia which were attended by more than 400 students. Responsible for the production of the network’s media content (video-classes, printed material, learning objects and LMS). Selection, team building, and definition of project parameters. Planning and budgeting of new educational products.

Guided and monitored the authors in educational content design and development for the Normal Undergraduate Course offered in partnership with the Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG). Also worked as a consultant in the implementation of the Continuing Education Program (PEC) for the State of São Paulo Government.
