Main products I worked on:◼️Massive Payouts for World-Leading e-commerce marketplace▪️My squad at the time (Cashflow, within Banking-as-a-Service BU) developed fallback processes to ensure high reliability of Payout processes.▪️Coordinated with other squads to create, refine and consistenly deliver processing reports for the use of our customer (One of the fastest growing and largest global Marketplaces operating in Brazil)▪️Helped Financial Ops teams design internal processes to better serve said customer◼️Centralized Credit and Debit Card Settlement▪️worked together with Legal, Acquisition and Financial Operations to develop a new product offering that impacted our positioning from a barebones digital account to a full fledged receiving account, integrated with clearing house and 5 separate card schemes▪️Spearheaded the internal initiative to explain the new product and how it evolved our positioning as a payments institution▪️Coordinated with Marketing to create a campaign to educate our SMB customers and show them how the product could be put to use in own business.◼️Highly flexible and scalable Receipt Generator▪️After reaching dozens of thousands daily payouts the Financial Ops team had the need for a more capable and scalable approach to generating PDF receipts on demand. ▪️Together with the squad we ran a two-pronged approach: develop a completely separate and agnostic solution while contracting a simpler (but faster to deploy) solution that required no dev time.▪️Akin to a Platform Project, the new receipt generator was made available (together with ample documentation) to other teams that are now using it to create and process new receipts for new financial products.

The Digital Bank Account took Juno from a billing platform to a payments institution, opening its doors to a much broader portfolio of financial products.◼️Bank transfer reception (TED)◼️API documentation strategy
