As Executive Design Director at VinFast, I was leading the design innovation and excellence for Vietnam's first and largest automotive manufacturer. With over 30 years of experience in transportation and product design, I have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs and market demands.I have extensive experience in concept and advanced strategic design planning and implementation, from low-cost vehicles to heavy trucks and concept cars. I have also created and led the Ford South America design studio facility operations, responsible for all processes involved in making this structure work efficiently and effectively. I have led multifunctional and multicultural teams of up to 80 people, with diverse backgrounds and expertise, across different regions and countries. I have a passion for design excellence, customer experience, and teamwork, and I build trust and collaboration with regular, open, and candid communication within the design community and partners from other areas. I am an US Green Card holder, fluent in Portuguese and English, and have intermediate proficiency in Spanish and German.
