I decided to leave the position of executive to became owner Research and Business Inteligence company called Águia Real (Golden Eagle), making Startups become big companies.As a graduated scientist and an expert commercial area leader and trainer with more than 30 years of experience in multinationals and Brazilian companies, I have developed skills to use statistical and administrative tools to effectively transform retail market companies´results.I have 16 years of experience in the automotive market with the vision of the whole chain since I worker for big automaker company, to different car dealers and insurance company.I am a programmer since 1985 and in 1999 I set up my first website development company, starting with Basic TRS80, Pascal and others, what helped me to develop Learning Machines and algorithms to help retail companies to take business decisions.At Ford Motor Co, I participated in the development of the Omnichannel Vehicle Production Platform, which connected to the company pricing strategy, helped them to improve profit and market share results.At Barigui Group, in 12 years, the company went from two brands (Fiat and Ford) and 700 vehicles sold per month to 15 brands, more than 70 stores and more than 7,000 units sold per month. With the highest EBTIDA in the market and recognized as the most technological group of dealers in Brazil. Where the innovations implanted by my department and the team, in F & I, Trade in, Pricing and sales have brought considerable results.
