Senior Team Lead responsible for proposing the ECB Banking Supervision strategic priorities and supporting risk assessment in the areas of Business Model, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity and Funding. I am also in the lead of preparing ad-hoc analyses on emerging risks to the banking system.

For the initial 4 months, I led the team responsible for risk analytics and data infrastructure design for risk analysis.After that I led a different team that improved the process for establishing the ECB Banking Supervision priorities and proposed the ECB Banking Supervision strategic priorities and supporting risk assessment for 2022-24 period in the areas of Business Model, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity and Funding. I was also in the lead of producing ad-hoc analyses on emerging risks to the banking system.

Team lead responsible for the Quantitative Analysis Cluster, a team that produces data-driven analysis to identify banks facing stressed conditions and subsequently quantifies remedial actions. Further, I contribute to the recovery and resolution related policy discussions, mainly in connection with TLAC and MREL.

Project leader for the Crisis Management Division in the Single Supervisory Mechanism responsible for policy topics. Working in the development of the framework for dealing with banking crisis and participating in the recovery of supervised banks when under stressed conditions. Contributing to the policy discussions on Total Loss Absorbing Capital (TLAC) and Minimum Requirement on Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities (MREL).

Working for the Single Supervisory Mechanism, developing the framework for dealing with banking crisis and participating in the recovery of supervised banks when under stressed conditions.

Working at the Financial Stability Department developing studies about new regulatory principles and its impact in European and Portuguese Banking Sector.
