I have been working in an industrial environment such as automotive manufacturing, sugar and ethanol industry and footwear manufacturing since my graduation time six years ago, leading teams from 3 up to 600 people. Beeing a Mechanical Engineer provided me technical skills and my experiences throughout these years gave me the opportunity to develop soft skills such as leadership, effective communication, resilience and an analytic profile.I consider myself as a multiskills professional due to the fact that I have participated in many projects and worked in different places and industries, which provided me knowledge in:- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's) ;- KPI's and Process Improvement (PDCA);- Daily Routine Management (SDCA);- Cost Deployment and Cost Control;- Autonomous Maintenance;- Preventive and Predctive Maintenance;- Lean Manufacturing/ TPM / WCM tools (SMED, 5S, VSM, OEE, KPI Tree, etc...);- Proactive Safety tools (detection and removal of unsafe conditions);- Operator Training;- People and Process Management.
