Hello, I'm João, a dedicated professional specializing in residential automation and security solutions. Two years as an R&D Intern and two years as an R&D Technician, and since April, 23, I've been the Laboratory Coordinator of Nice Brasil managing the technicians, the test demand from Project and Product Engineering, and working to increase the confiability of the results delivered actually.Mechanical Engineer graduated from the São Paulo Federal Institute (IFSP), with good knowledge in Excel, technical analysis, problem-solving, leadership skills, standardization, mechanical systems, and knowledge in manufacturing processes (electronic and mechanical). In these five years of my career, I've learned so much about internal processes (that's applicable in any company), representing the company many times in official events with customers and trips to solve problems.Since last year, I've had the opportunity to manage a team, overseeing their activities, resources, and all the remaining necessities of an R&D Validation Laboratory.I've successfully implemented the 5S program and organized test/validation procedures according to internal standards.I've developed new testing devices to evaluate different parts of our products and defined numerous specification documents for our services.Additionally, I've focused on keeping the team motivated and ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery, while also guiding their future career prospects.I've dedicated my study time to mastering TPS/Core tools, product development, manufacturing processes, management skills, and compliance with sector standards such as IEC 60335, in addition to enhancing my abilities in English.Today I'm learning, tomorrow I'll consult the most experienced people on that topic, and after I'll implement!
