This role expanded my responsibilities to include the initiation of the customer care service, where I handled post-delivery client interactions, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth handover of the apartments.This experience enhanced my ability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction simultaneously.

As the Deputy Site Manager for the One Living Project, I was responsible for managing the construction of 45 out of 84 apartments, along with the retail area and three levels of underground parking. My primary focus was on overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring that the project was executed efficiently and met high-quality standards.I coordinated closely with subcontractors to ensure timely progress and adherence to project specifications. My responsibilities included managing the construction schedule, controlling costs, and identifying critical activities to mitigate risks.I maintained effective communication with stakeholders and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, I handled financial analyses and prepared quarterly forecasts to support decision-making. My role was integral to delivering a successful residential development, enhancing my skills in project management and subcontractor coordination.

After project completion, I continued my commitment by managing client relationships during the post-sale phase and ensuring clients satisfaction.

In my role as Deputy Site Manager for the BUENOS AIRES 11 - Lapa Luxury Apartments project, I had the opportunity to lead and coordinate a variety of activities crucial to the success of the venture. I was responsible for negotiating and awarding subcontracts, ensuring strategic partnerships and the selection of top subcontractors. With a strong focus on project planning and scheduling, I implemented practices that optimized construction efficiency.My involvement included defining critical activities and supervising additional work, always striving for excellence in every detail while maintaining open and productive communication with the supervising entity, end clients, and the owner of the project. Additionally, I conducted detailed financial analyses and quarterly evaluations, ensuring the project's economic viability and transparency in operations.
