Functional Analyst
CurrentWorking with Agile Methodology & JIRA Software as Functional Analyst, my primary responsibility is to analyze and understand the functional requirements of a system or software application. I work closely with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to gather and document their requirements.• First and foremost, I conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations. I ask pertinent questions to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, objectives, and challenges. This allows me to gather comprehensive requirements that align with their goals.• I analyze all documents and improvments to identify any gaps, inconsistencies, or potential issues. I evaluate the feasibility of implementing the requested functionalities within the given constraints, such as budget, time, and resources. This analysis helps me provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.• Throughout the development process, I actively engage with the technical team to answer any questions, clarify requirements, and resolve any issues that may arise. I provide guidance and support to ensure that the system or application is being developed according to the functional specifications and meets the stakeholders' needs.• Additionally, I play a crucial role in the testing phase. I collaborate with the testing team to create test cases and scenarios based on the functional requirements. I review test results, identify and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve any issues.• As a Functional Analyst, I continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the system or application. I stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, and I apply that knowledge to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
