- Coordenação de projetos e estratégias de internacionalização junto aos órgãos da Administração Pública Municipal nas relações internacionais bilaterais;- Criação de relatórios e análises de riscos para tomada de decisão dos gestores municipais em relação a acordos de cooperação técnica e financeira com atores internacionais;- Planejamento, promoção de ações conjuntas e de cooperação bilateral de interesse do Município com órgãos e entidades estrangeiras;- Realização de ações de promoção internacional do Município, de prospecção de recursos bilaterais internacionais e de ações de captação de investimentos;- Identificação de oportunidades, em âmbito bilateral, de projetos, de premiações, de ações e de boas práticas nacionais e internacionais de interesse do Município;- Articulação e promoção de cooperação técnica em políticas públicas do município junto aos consulados e representantes diplomáticos;

- Articulação e estabelecimento de relações com o corpo diplomático e câmaras de comércio; organização e promoção de eventos visando a captação de recursos para projetos do Estado de São Paulo;- Produção de informativos, recepção e participação em reuniões com delegações de autoridades estrangeiras, investidores internacionais e agentes externos;- Confecção de material para apresentações referentes a temas de cooperação internacional sob responsabilidade da Secretaria de Relações Internacionais (SERI);- Atuação como ponto focal para projetos de cooperação técnica internacional em diversos temas na Secretaria de Relações Internacionais (SERI);

- Assessoria na Coordenação de Captação de Recursos e Relações Internacionais.- Articulação com prefeituras nacionais e internacionais. Assessoria na criação de estratégias de posicionamento político, análise de risco e oportunidades. - Organização e apoio às missões internacionais, organização e coordenação de eventos e reuniões. - Gerenciamento e monitoramento de processos e projetos, apoio à cooperação internacional. - Articulação com atores dos poderes legislativo e executivo para fomentos às pautas de interesse da instituição.

• Articulate with public and private entities, national or foreign, to promote business opportunities and generate employment and income;• Generate innovative development actions in the municipality;• Foster actions for the development and improvement of the municipality's competitiveness;• Assist the entities responsible for investors assistance and the development of the business environment;• Establish and maintain exchanges with governments, funding and development agencies and other national and international agencies;• Proactively act in the retention and strengthening of the enterprises installed in the municipality;• Attracting new investments, national or foreign, to Contagem in articulation with other public and private entities;• Assist in the elaboration of strategies of competitiveness for the municipality in the national and international scenario to prospect investments;• Establish international relations aimed at strengthening ties and initiatives of reciprocal economic, technological and tourism cooperation;• Formulate proposals for foreign trade policies and programs, and establish standards necessaries for their implementation;• Identify and analyze the conditions of industrial and business competitiveness, in the national and international scope, of the Municipality;• Establish parameters to allow the identification of segments of products and municipal businesses aiming at their insertion in the national and international market;• Coordinate actions to increase and develop the participation of the Municipality in business abroad;• Encourage the development of innovation projects of interest for the municipality's economy;• Plan and manage support for business incubators and dissemination of entrepreneurship and innovation;• Acting in the attraction and development of startups in the municipality;

• Formulate proposals for foreign trade policies and programs and establish standards necessary for their implementation;• Formulate the foreign trade information policy and implement systematic treatment and dissemination of this information;• Promote initiatives that encourage investments of companies and international projects in the Municipality;• Articulate with national and international entities and organizations to carry out training, studies, events and other activities aimed at the development of foreign trade;• Promote studies and internal initiatives to support, inform and guide the participation of the Municipality in international negotiations on foreign trade;• Develop activities related to foreign trade and participate in negotiations with international organizations;• Elaborate technical material to guide the foreign trade activity in the Municipality;• Establish international relations aiming to create initiatives of reciprocal economic, technological and tourism cooperation;• Coordinate events of interest for the municipal economy, in Brazil and abroad, as well as participate in initiatives of this nature promoted by other international agents;• Assist in the elaboration of strategies of competitiveness of the municipality in the national and international scenario;• Monitor print and electronic media in identifying opportunities for expanding businesses and services;• Interact with public and private entities to attract investments;

• Monitor state and federal agreements established by the municipality of Contagem.Coordinate with the managers of each municipal secretary to guarantee theachievement of deadlines, the accountability of the project and the compliance of otherdemands established in the agreements. Follow-up of with all processes through thecity’s system of document management (SICONV) and solve all pending issues with theministries responsible for monitoring each agreement.• Promote and articulate Contagem’s Municipal Government to allow the city’sinternational insertion, together with its municipal secretaries and municipalfoundations, through the adoption of cooperation agreements, promotion of itsactivities abroad, attraction of international indirect investments and / or exchanges ofgood practices with foreign partners.• Prepare the action plan for the area of International Relations of the municipality ofContagem.• Represent the municipality of Contagem in international events.• Provide logistical organization of international events, diplomatic receptions,international courses autonomously or in partnerships with international and nationalorganizations.• Follow-up on the insertion of the municipality of Contagem, harmonizing its economic,social, cultural and environmental pillars in the area of International Relations.• Map the activities and international participation in which the municipality ofContagem may be inserted.• Create indicators to analyze the level of international participation.• Prepare bulletins / reports of the participation in international events to municipalmanagers.• Elaborate and monitor the agenda of the mayor and municipal secretaries regardingthe participation in international events.
