The company has focused on retailing, pioneering early entry in emerging luxury markets.Reporting directly to the CFO of Latam, I am in charge of the Finance and Administrative department for Latan operation in the Latin America HQ, acting in the Financial Planning budget and forecasts, monthly managerial closing to Corporate in Italy and statutory annual reports of Brazilian company.

As a controlling manger in the Votorantim Group, I was responsible for the steel segment reports and accounting issues. The steel segment has 5 branches, which 3 of them located in Brazil and 2 others located in the Latin America (Colombia and Argentina). The reports include the monthly results as Ebitda, working capital calculation and the Forecast reports, giving explanation to the significant variations occurred. In addition, I am responsible for the relationship with external auditors and the Shared Services Center of Votorantim Group. Participation in the Strategic 5 year’s annual Planning and budget. I am in charge also of the internal controls task,I was responsible for 3 mainly projects: (i) SAP restructuring access to be in compliance with segregation of duties rules; (ii) Policies update; (iii) Sarbanes-Oxley implementation;

Being a controlling manager in an American multinational company, which has 24 branches in Brazil around 16 States, I was responsible for the fiscal area, invoicing of goods and purchase of raw materials processes, Latin America accounts payable and part of the accounting department. Being responsible for the monthly closing and to guarantee that the process works, I am in charge of preparation of deviation reports in the processes related above and analyses of the main causes of such deviation to report to the Company Administration and acting as a consultant offering alternatives to solve problems relating to each process. Also, I prepare reports informing details of payments of taxes, detailing by kind of tax paid or credited, by plant, States of Federation, consolidated information (as a whole Company) and others, to allow the analysis by the Company Administration;

As an auditor of Big Four for approximately 10 years (at Deloitte) and also, as a controlling manager I use to prepare a sort of financial reports and presentations to the Board of Executive Offices and Board of Directors, Fiscal Council, Internal Audit Committee and Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil and USA, as well, as to the Parent company for consolidation purposes. I am experienced in communication with other subsidiaries or with the Parent company to exchange information through reports, referral instructions, e-mail or conference call. I am very experienced with preparing financial reports, as balance sheet, statement of operations, changes in stockholders equity, cash flow, notes to the financial reports, (to be reported to Shareholders and regulators as Brazilian and American SEC), packages used to the consolidation of Parent Company, conversion of financial statements to foreign currencies, among others reports;I had been working with independent auditing in different industry segments, preparing and reviewing financial reports for the Parent Companies and authorities and regulators in Brazil and abroad, for example: Cia Ultragaz (LPG distribution), Ipiranga Group (fuel and lubricants distribution), Oxiteno (chemical), Atacadão (Supermarkets /Carrefour), Mitsui Group, Yakult (Fermented Milk), Mercer Human Consulting, Directv Cable TV, Atos Origin (IT Services), Comexport (trading), are examples of companies I had audited.Implementation, planning tests, improvement letters and attestation of quality of operating effectiveness of Business Process and Internal Controls for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes (Cia Ultragaz, Oxiteno, Yakult);Knowledge about survey of the Internal Controls in the Business
