• Solid background of accounting principles in Brazilian Gaap, US Gaap and IFRS, ensuring compliance with standards, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements;• Experience in external auditing in different industry segments, preparing and reviewing financial reports for the Parent Companies and authorities and regulators in Brazil and abroad, for example: Cia Ultragaz (LPG distribution), Ipiranga Group (fuel and lubricants distribution), Oxiteno (chemical), Atacadão (Supermarkets /Carrefour), and others;• Experience with merger and acquisition, IPO process, due diligences, international senior notes issuance, foreign currency translation of financial statements and conversion from Brazilian accounting principles to USGAAP (Grupo Ipiranga, Cia Ultragaz, Oxiteno, Oakley) and IFRS (Yakult, Comexport, Atacadão Supermarket/Carrefour);• Implementation, planning tests, improvement letters and attestation of quality of operating effectiveness of Business Process and Internal Controls for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes (Cia Ultragaz, Oxiteno, Yakult and Votorantim) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, minimizing risk of existence of material weakness nor significant deficiencies;• Based in local and Latam positions/experiences, responsible for the coordination of budget and forecast process, variation analysis vs real, production costs of products and determination of markup, estimative and accruals, financial modeling projection;• Building business unit reports in Brazil and abroad, based in attributable direct and indirect costs to analyze business operational key indicators;• Responsible to prepare the Statutory Board Meeting Reports and attendance of the meetings related to the Governance Management of the company with independent board members, presenting and discussing the results of the company and strategic issues;• I’m a team player having great communication and interpersonal skills that are applied working with the team to reach the results and goals.
