At Cozo, we worked to descentralize the last mile delivery market, empowering deliverers and helping restaurants to reduce delivery costs.I was responsible for our engineering process as well as our R&D in applied AI. We started as two co-founders and scaled up to a small tribe of 7 people, mostly software engineers working along with people specialized in data science and product management.
