- Developing and communicating the Product Goal. - Developing and communicating product backlog items.- Continously refine and prioritising product backlog items depending on any changes from ongoing feedback. - Collaborate closely with team and stakeholdes to ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, correctly prioritised and understood

- Practical application of QA processes (smoke, integration, regression, final release)- Analyzing product requirements; Deriving, Design and Implementation of test cases- Test plan design and execution, reporting, quality and test KPIs- CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps), MS Visual Studio, MS Test Manager

- Responsible for creating and maintaining the entire software testing function for Autonomous Robotics as per requirements. - Development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new features and functionalities, ensuring traceability back to the requirements.- Active participation on writing unit tests and UI automation test for Web Browser Applications.- Test execution across the full software lifecycle including, design, integration, system, regression, user acceptance and maintenance.- Test execution on high tech products (embedded software), mobile apps, cloud, front and back end applications, as well as supported software desktop applications- Creation of detailed defect reports and working closely with the software team until resolution- Problem solving and analysis with high attention to detail, applying engineering techniques and tools.

Operations/Systems Engineering Group- Identify and drive process improvement strategies and activities related to product flow, yield and productivity.- Projects involve leading collaborating with cross-functional teams developing test plans, leading root cause analysis and participating in investigations. (CAPA).- Software validation for new high volume production lines (UAT/ FAT & SAT)- Support the set-up and optimization of machines/equipment/processes, supporting production and quality standards, monitoring production processes for deviations in attainment, and troubleshooting production problems.- Monitor and test equipment performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement those fixes.- Write and maintain custom software to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

Operations/Systems Engineering Group

Freestyle Libre Engineering Support Group- Provide first line support to the Operations team.- Perform Preventive Maintenance activities, responding effectively to breakdowns, monitoring equipment performance and providing valuable input to help maintain process yields and efficiencies.- Provide assistance to the Projects Team in implementing changes to equipment.- Provide technical expertise to fault find, maintain and continually improve bespoke automated equipment and processes.

Industrial Engineering- Development of PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron)- Maintenance of the equipments. Analysis and identification of failures in running industrial equipments.-Project and construction of electric cabinets, equipped with PLC’s, industrial PC’s and other automation equipments.- Start-up of industrial equipment's involving in the installation of industrial machines.
