Brand Experience, Sponsorships & Activation:- Managing and developing consumer brand activations, sponsorships, small to large scale, special projects and property activations- Fully interface with senior stakeholders (local and global brands, media, promotion, legal, sales, e-comm, new business, trade, PR/communication, procurement, supply…), Brand-Categories teams;- Seek, identify & prospect opportunities for the company, brands, categories, developing new channels, consumption occasions or even point of contact.- Agencies briefings for idea development, execution & budget management.- Business proposals/definitions and approval with investment and ROI studies.- Financial and brands KPIs definition/objectives per project.- Define the activation/brand experience process, being part of the multifunctional teams.- Planning and execution of all activations, leading agencies, partners, producers, suppliers to guarantee world-class execution;- Create, manage & execution of new business models/plans for sponsorships & activations.- Support brand teams with postmortem dashboard/recap and monthly reports.Design:- Creation, development and delivery of effective and compelling design solutions, for LATAM and Global brands.- Ability in creating design concepts and individually building expertise in executing design and artwork across a variety of projects.- Strong concepting skills and firm technical ability. Demonstrable knowledge of design processes.
