With +20 years of experience in software management and development, I have the ease to work with high complexity IT projects with multidisciplinary teams. I started my career in the technical area as a Software Developer full stack, I went to coordinate the teams WEB/QA and currently I am Technical Project Manager in high performance teams. I have experience with applications focused on scalability and availability developed in the concept of platforms, applied in on-premises or cloud environments.Responsible for the planning and development of some innovative projects in the area of health, sustainability and artificial intelligence.- Ideation, development and implementation of a (web/mobile) workplace health and safety (EHS) platform for monitoring and control of ergonomic risks. This resulted in a 9% reduction in absenteeism, a 31% increase in the involvement of the areas involved and a considerable decrease in risks in the workplaces and improved productivity considering the 3 factories in which the platform was implemented.- Research, experimentation and development of an unprecedented solution in Brazil for classification and separation of plastics. Through hyperspectral technology, artificial intelligence algorithms, it was possible to classify 90% of colored plastics and 70% black. To reduce pollutants and increase productivity in the separation of plastics.
