I am a student in the 8th period of Economic Sciences at FMU and I work as a Specialist in the Protective Measures team in the Anti-Fraud area at Santander, before that I was an Intern in the Origination, Financial and Consignment Strategy team, in the same area. I have solid experience in data analysis, automation and processes, where I develop and present indicators in a storytelling format using Power BI, which facilitates strategic decision-making.Previously, I worked at Omega Light, in the Quality Control team, managing indicators for the tax and after-sales areas. I was responsible for monitoring external calls from customers and internal calls from suppliers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of processes.I am a technology enthusiast, especially in data-related topics. At college, I chose Programming and Big Data as optional subjects to deepen my knowledge. I have certifications in SQL, Python, Power BI and Database, which complement my analytical skills and allow me to offer improvements to the team.
