As an Engineering Manager at Fleye, I lead a team of developers, managing project delivery, recruitment, and team development, while actively contributing to the architecture and coding of projects. My role involves overseeing the engineering process and working hands-on with technologies such as Node.js, React, React Native, AWS, GCP, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.With a strong focus on backend development and cloud infrastructure, I ensure that projects meet technical standards and business requirements. In addition to managing the team, I’m responsible for defining technical strategies, optimizing workflows, and mentoring developers to enhance their technical skills.Outside of work, I stay active through sports, particularly Footvolley and gym training.
