• Risk Management- Contributing to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Cyber Securityprocesses;• Part of security validation team approval of security connectivity to systems and cloud-based resources;• Analysis of functional requirements for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in multi-cloud environments;• Promote the identification of risks in the field of Security and ensure the follow-up and development of anypreventive/corrective actions;• Definition and continuous improvement in response requests to security incidents/alerts;• Review of SOC alerting and approval of mitigation actions.• Daily operation, implementing and troubleshooting connectivity issues (NGFW Palo Alto, Fortigate)

Experience in cyber security incident recovery:- firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Checkpoint, SonicWall, Fortiguard)- routing and switching

-Network monitoring and management;-Troubleshooting network issues;-Access routers and switches for maintenance and troubleshooting;-Remote technical support for local it team;-Opening cases and escalation of such incidents, confirming correct resolution and closing;

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks (using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus)- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults(Windows 2013 and some Citrix apps)- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports,- Support the roll-out of new applications- Respond within agreed time limits to incidents, prioritising and managing several casessimultaneously.

- Monitoring network status and performance and act accordingly, either to resolve network outages or to mitigate low network performance due to high application/bandwidth usage (Centreon, Nagios,Nfsense, Cacti).- Designing, implementing and documenting new solutions to overcome new business needs.- Selecting, installing And documenting network management and monitoring tools to guarantee configuration backup, network performance and status history, authentication, authorization and accounting for all actions on network devices (netDB, tacacs server).- Installing and maintaining servers to support the network management and monitoring tools (Debianrunning Centreon, rancid, cacti, tacacs server and NetDB (mariadb)).- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network routers, switches (Cisco 2900, 3500, 4500x)- Documenting network configuration and operational procedures.- Assisting the IT department with various IT-related upgrades, projects and tasks.
