As Digital Performance Optimizers Product Manager my mission is to enable markets and brands to optimize their digital presence performance and ultimately boost conversion on digital direct to consumer channels.The Digital Performance Optimizers team and product I lead is focused on providing solutions and services on the domains of Digital Analytics, Search, UGC and UX, foundational for our brands to excel in their digital presence and consolidate data collection.

Main responsabilities and activities:- Management and support of the public facing “Global Hosting” solution of Nestlé. An high availability infrastructure solution with premium support for the worldwide Nestlé markets and businesses.- EMENA team coordination assistance and coaching.- Coordination and facilitation of projects and requirements between markets, business, Service Delivery teams and external providers.- Availability Coordination. Coordination of Service Level efforts including managing the monitoring solution based on Keynote solution and delivering high availability targets.- Service management, definition and improvement of internal processes, striving for efficiency and quality of services provided, adhering to leading standards and Nestlé internal policies.- Ensure 3rd level support to websites, focusing on ASP.Net and Sharepoint 2007 / 2010 technologies.Technologies:- Sharepoint 2007/2010, Windows 2000/2003/2008, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, IIS 6/7/7.5, ASP.Net.

Main responsabilities and activities:- Design and development of the Sharepoint (initially 2007 and later 2010) based intranet.- Business analysis as driver to continuously strengthen the infrastructure and Information System, aiming to match and exceed business or market needs.- Requirements analysis and coordination of multidisciplinary teams for the design and development of the institutional and eCommerce website www.casadamusica.com- Requirements analysis for the improvement of the ERP based on MS Dynamics Nav.- Redesign of the datacentre’s architecture adopting Microsoft’s virtualization technology Hyper-V.- Management support for IT, solutions analysis, licencing, cost-benefit, ROI, ranging from software to infrastructure solutions.Technologies:- Sharepoint 2007/2010, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, Exchange 2000/2003, T-SQL , ASP.Net, C#, IIS 6/7, Hyper-V, MS Dynamics Nav ERP, Windows 2000/2003/2008, ISA Server.

Main activities:- Development of the Bank’s intranet, an in-house developed intranet based in ASP.- Requirement analysis and implementation of an activity registry application built in the intranet and integrated with the existent requests management application.Technologies:- SQL Server 2000 and Reporting Services, ASP, VBScript, XML.
