Resuming my role in innovation consulting, I expanded my involvement in projects such as Disruption '23 by Delta Ventures,and Ignition by Vodafone. Such initiatives allowed for a deeper understanding of the startup environment, throughexperiences such as startup scouting at Web Summit ’23, and developing a startup procurement strategy that met Ignition’scriteria. Responsibilities involved data base development, numerical analysis on key potential indicators for startups, andscouting of startups, which honed me with improved critical and analytical thinking, deadline management, problem solving,teamworking, and communication and interpersonal skills.

Collaborated in the successful execution of the Colmeia Program in partnership with Galp, leveraging scouting and peoplemanagement skills. Collaborated closely with 20 green energy startups to implement sustainable solutions in Matosinhos,Oporto. Achieved a remarkable 30% increase in Colmeia program applications within one week, showcasing effectiveoutreach and engagement strategies. Enhanced proficiency in deadline management, ensuring the timely progression ofprojects.
