Monitoring of PJRO IT Infrastructure Equipment:Continuously monitor and detect incidents on equipment such as Palo Alto Networks PA-5200, Veritas Netbackup, HPE servers, Oracle Exadata, DELL EMC VXRail, CISCO Nexus, HUAWEI servers, F5 Networks BIG IP, among others. Monitoring of PJRO IT Systems: Monitor PJE, SEI, websites, portals, OTRS (ITSM), among others.Incident Management and Response: Quickly diagnose and resolve problems that affect the operation of the data center. Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams.Security and Compliance: Implement security policies to ensure data center procedures are followed. Use security tools to detect and respond to threats and incidents.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents and corrective actions. Create periodic reports on system performance, including availability and security metrics.Operations Optimization: Evaluate systems performance and suggest improvements to optimize data center operations. Implement scripts and automation tools to improve the efficiency of monitoring and systems management.Technical knowledgeOperating Systems: Windows Server and Linux (CentOS, RedHat, OracleOS).Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, PRTG, NetflowAnalyzer, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, Graylog.Orchestrator Monitoring: Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Openshift 3/4.Networks and Connectivity: Understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs.IT Security Practices: Familiarity with firewall tools such as Panorama (Palo Alto Networks PA-5200).Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and effectively during critical incidents.Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
