Growing up as a gay individual in Brazil's largest favela, Rocinha, and being the grandson of my first teacher, I deeply grasped the transformative power of education for social progress and the significance of advocating for diversity and inclusion.In my previous role as an International Relations and Affairs Officer at Insper, a renowned higher education institution in São Paulo, Brazil, I oversaw partnerships and facilitated cooperation opportunities. Additionally, I co-led the LGBTQIA+ team within the Diversity Committee, aiming to foster a more inclusive work and learning environment.Before my time at Insper, I garnered extensive experience at Laureate, one of the world's largest university networks. Initially serving as an International Relations Assistant in Rio de Janeiro, I later transitioned into the role of a Global Communications Specialist and student Ambassador in Baltimore, USA.During my tenure at Instituto Phi, a prominent Brazilian philanthropic institute, I successfully managed 50 social projects, providing crucial support through resource management and impact reporting.
